- Once your order is placed, one of our pharmacists will verify your prescription is valid. YOU MUST FAX OR EMAIL A VALID PRESCRIPTION BEFORE WE WILL COMPLETE AND SHIP YOUR ORDER. You can FAX your valid prescription to (305) 919-7732.

- We value your privacy. All information is kept strictly confidential and we do not share information with anyone.
- Returns & Replacements
- We do not allow returns for any reason - all sales are final. We will replace any shipment that is damaged or lost in transit, provided the shipper (UPS or Fedex, etc.) has received the proper claim paperwork.
- Ordering
- All hCG and hCG Injection Kits MUST be accompanied by a VALID prescription - NO EXCEPTIONS. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with our Fax # and Email address so you can forward your prescription to us for validation. You must create an account upon checkout by Registering in order to enable 'Order Tracking' in our system.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All items sold on our website are priced in U.S. Dollars. We will honor any special promotional pricing with a valid coupon code or special promotion code as long as the offer has not expired.
- Viewing Orders
- After placing your order, an Order Confirmation Email will be automatically sent to you with a link to track the progress of your order, and to view all activity on your account, including past orders and invoices.
- Updating Account Information
- Simply log into your account (you will be asked to Register your account on our website upon checkout) to update your Account Information, such as contact email, address, etc.
